Dan works in the corporate, aviation, and real estate practice groups at FMJ, primarily representing corporations and limited liability companies in the areas of commercial and private aircraft finance and leasing, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate lending, as well as with general corporate matters.
Dan attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he received his degree, cum laude, in 2005. During law school he represented the school as a member of the ABA Moot Court Competition Team.
