Lisa L. Bachman practices in all aspects of litigation including motion and deposition practice, jury trials, bench trials, evidentiary hearings, appeals, arbitration hearings and mediation. Her experience includes representation for a variety of cases including discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, misappropriation of trade secrets and non-compete agreements. Moreover, Ms. Bachman assists clients involved in responding to charges filed with the EEOC, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights. Likewise, she also represents clients involved in proceedings before the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and the Civil Service Commission.
Ms. Bachman has obtained successful results for clients involved in contract disputes, closely-held shareholder disputes, fraud claims, general liability, professional liability and bankruptcy adversarial proceedings.
Dedicated to providing pro bono representation to those less fortunate, Ms. Bachman is a volunteer attorney with Tubman’s Safety Project, as well as the Children’s Law Center.
