Jennifer Wilson is a commercial litigator who specializes in financial litigation, business insolvency and remedies for creditors and debtors. She assists clients affected by financial fraud, and she also has significant experience protecting the interests of business owners and partners in buyouts or dissolutions. She recently represented the largest creditor seeking relief against Petters Group Worldwide and Petters Capital in a federal receivership.
Prior to joining FMJ, Jennifer practiced for eleven years as a commercial litigator in nationally-recognized firms in Minneapolis. Before she started her private law practice, she clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge Franklin L. Noel in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
She strongly believes in public service and has been honored for her pro bono work on behalf of the indigent.

Jennifer and her husband and two kids live in southwest Minneapolis, where they enjoy the community and lakes. When not busy with work or her family, you will find her on horseback on a farm in Wisconsin, where she practices English riding.
