Moira has more than 16 years of progressive Human Resource experience, often as the sole HR practitioner in the organization. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She has overall responsibility for all personnel matters regarding support staff, acting as a liaison between employees and management. In addition, she manages the employee health and welfare benefit plans.

Moira and her husband live in the south metro. They like to travel, trying to make it to the ocean or mountains at least once each year. Moira also enjoys reading and organizes the Ten Minute Book Club. She volunteers for Minnesota Public Radio, Community Building Tutors and Gilda’s Club Twin Cities where she is the volunteer orientation coordinator.
