Being raised in New Ulm and living her adulthood on a farm just north of town, Cori has life-long connections to the agricultural community. Working closely with her supervising attorney, Cori helps clients with cooperative and business formation and dissolution, and everything in between. Cori also provides litigation support and assists with creditor-debtor and farmer-lender issues, collections, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to agricultural and corporate law, Cori has experience in aiding clients with more personal areas of law including estate planning, personal injury, and landlord-tenant concerns.
