Employment Attorney: We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney with two to five years of employment law experience to work in our fast-paced local and national employment practice in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The position will be responsible for both employment and HR advising, as well as handling employment and some commercial litigation matters.
Candidates should be highly motivated, ambitious, committed, hard-working, and a quick study. Candidates should also have strong writing and oral advocacy skills and be a dedicated team player, and have experience communicating directly with clients. Patent Attorney: We are looking for a full or part-time Patent Attorney. We are open to candidates who either wish to work out of our Eden Prairie, Minnesota office or who would prefer to work remotely. The position will be responsible for drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications, maintaining patents, and counseling clients through the patent application process. The position may also have some responsibility for counseling clients on patent-related intellectual property matters such as licensing, infringement, and litigation issues.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and who has some pre-existing client relationships as well as the ability to work on patent matters for our existing clients. Our existing client needs are primarily in the area of mechanical inventions, but also include design, software, or other patents. You should be proactive, thorough and a quick study. You should have intellectual property experience, and be skilled in research, presentations, written communication, and planning.

Receptionist: We are seeking a full-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-spoken, and possess a pleasant telephone manner. The candidate must also possess a willingness to host guests, be flexible, organized, reliable, and self-motivated. Job duties include all reception duties, supply orders, office kitchen duties, office library duties, and other miscellaneous other duties within the office as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years reception experience (preferably in a law firm) and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
