Heather J. Halverson focuses her global practice in the transactional areas of commercial aviation, corporate aviation, corporate finance and general corporate and business law. Prior to joining Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Heather served as corporate counsel of one of the nation's largest retail home improvement chains. This experience has provided her with a unique legal perspective and the ability to understand and appreciate her clients' business procedures, policies, and goals, incorporating them in all aspects of their business ventures.

Heather currently resides in the southwest Twin Cities metro area where she spends her free time trying to perfect her parenting skills with her husband, Jesse, as they chase their twin girls, Lillian and Eleanor. She spends the cold winter months inside pretending to be a master chef and the warm summer months outside hiking, kayaking and pushing swings at the playground. As a product of Wisconsin and of Chippewa Falls, Heather enjoys rooting for the Badgers in football, basketball and hockey while enjoying the hometown brew, Leinenkugel's.
