Fafinski Mark & Johnson Welcomes New Litigation and Bankruptcy Associate Brad Hutter
Before joining FMJ, Hutter served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, where he litigated cases involving health care, licensing, and constitutional issues. He also represented business and municipal clients in litigation as an associate at a local law firm. Hutter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and was an Articles Submission Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
“We are excited to have Brad on board at Fafinski Mark & Johnson,” said Bob Fafinski, CEO of FMJ. “His litigation experience coupled with his enthusiasm for helping clients will make him a great addition to FMJ.”
