We are pleased to announce that attorney Brad Hutter has joined our Eden Prairie office as an Associate in our Litigation and Bankruptcy & Insolvency practice groups.
Before joining FMJ, Hutter served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, where he litigated cases involving health care, licensing, and constitutional issues. He also represented business and municipal clients in litigation as an associate at a local law firm. Hutter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and was an Articles Submission Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
