FMJ Continues to Expand: Firm Adds Eighth New Attorney in Twelve Months
We are pleased to announce that attorney Schaan Barth has joined the firm as an associate in our HR & Employment and Litigation practice groups. This hire will mark eight new attorneys joining FMJ since August 2017, which is one of the largest increases in growth in the firm’s history.
Barth’s practice will focus on representing clients in employment and commercial litigation. Before joining FMJ, Barth was an associate at a full-service law firm in Apple Valley, Minnesota, where his practice emphasized commercial litigation, general litigation, business law, appeals, and employment law.
Barth earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and was the Assistant Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. He received his B.A. in English and Political Science from North Dakota State University, where he also graduated summa cum laude.
“The addition of Schaan to the firm marks a year of significant growth for FMJ,” said Bob Fafinski, CEO and co-founder of the firm. “We are excited to add another skilled attorney to the Litigation and HR & Employment practice groups and a team member that embodies FMJ’s founding principles.”
