Bankruptcy/Creditors Rights Associate
Fafinski Mark & Johnson has an opening for an associate in its very active Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of bankruptcy experience, Uniform Commercial Code experience, foreclosure, and creditors’ rights experience. The candidate must work well under pressure, understand complex loan and business transactions, and be comfortable learning new areas of the law. Courtroom experience necessary. Commercial/Bankruptcy/Creditors Rights Litigator
Mid-sized firm with national practice in the Minneapolis metro area looking for a commercial litigator with experience litigating under Article 9, litigating to enforce promissory notes, negotiable instruments, and related security documents, specifically representing banks and other financial institutions in enforcement of remedies.
